Everyone in the world isn't a geek...and aren't we glad!  But at Site Street we have geeks available to answer your questions and help you with your issues...24/7.  If your website or email are ever  down, we consider that an emergency and we want you to call us, any time, day or night.  We have trained staff (AKA, geeks) available to help you.

Of course if it isn't an emergency, our office hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00-5:30 Central time.  We are available to help you with the less critical items during those hours.

The comprehensive training we provide to keep your website up to date using our content management system (CMS) allows you to make most changes to your website any time you are so moved. 

Included in our contract is a training with as many of your staff as desired from one computer.  Subsequent training is available for an additonal charge however we are happy to answer questions or give you a refresher if you hit the occasional bump in the road when you are working on your website.  At no additional charge, of course.
