Looking for a few good designers

One of the things I've talked about before in this blog is how Site Street outsources all of the web design work for our clients.  This not only enables us to really focus on our development and hosting solutions... but allows us to bring in the right designer for the right customer.  Design is emotion and not all designers can be all things to all clients.

However, development is different... either your site works or it doesn't.  Functionality is about business process, usability, workflow... return on investment.  This is where I feel we really excel.

So... to the point of this entry... I'm looking for web designers.  I just added a careers page which speaks to this need.  I don't really need any more designers in Austin, as I have two main designers I work with and I'm out there myself trying to generate business.  I really want designers in other cities.

I'm planning on starting regionally... with San Antonio, Dallas, and Houston first.  But the nature of my business is such that I can do web work for anyone anywhere.  I already have clients across the country.  But I'd really like to have some design resources in those cities as well.  There's just something about a face to face meeting that adds so much value to the client... especially when it comes to design.

So check out the new careers page and if you are a designer or if you know a great designer, let me know!
