If, for some reason, you're unhappy with the video we produce, we will tape it again at no charge. However, it must be the fault of the videographer, not because the content or information that the client provided was inaccurate or you wanted to add information after shoot was complete. Or, the fact that the client didn't like the way he or she looked. If there is a dispute, we will work to resolve the issue. We want you to be happy and refer us to your associates.
